Since it’s Valentine’s Day, I thought I’d share the love and showcase some of my favourite bloggers, as well as some nominated by you guys! Without further ado, let’s see which account will tickle your fancy and give you a new blog to love!
Leighanne is the loveliest person and her pretty pink flatlays are total goals. She blogs about beauty and skincare, and is a bit of a bookworm with a Harry Potter obsession!
Kate takes the cutest photos around! Whether you’re looking for skincare, beauty, gift ideas, perfume samples or anything else, chances are, Kate’s got you covered and will deliver what you’re after with a sprinkle of Disney themed fairydust!
Guest nomination from Sarah at Life in a Breakdown:
Sarah says: ” She is a font of all knowledge on beauty products. If I am ever wondering if something is good to try, I know I can pop her a message and she will tell me the truth. Good or bad. I completely and utterly trust her opinions and I know she goes the extra mile when it comes to reviewing.”
Soph covers everything from fashion to homeware, beauty to blogging tips, and travel to life tips! Her website is a treasure trove for all, whether you’re looking for outfit inspo, ideas for your next trip, recommendations for a good book or where to shop for a whole host of things!
Guest nomination from Gemma at Hemingway Sisters:
Gemma says: “Derbyshire Duckie is just so supportive, always there to pick you up, super engaging on twitter and she does lovely designs on things. She writes all about Derbyshire, her days out and her designs.”
Rebecca is constantly killing me with her killer outfits and making me run out shopping with her awesome looks! When she’s not making me jealous of her wardrobe, she’s inspiring me with life and career advice, sharing her blogging/creative knowledge and giving me beauty tips. She’s a diamond in the rough!
Guest nomination from Bec at Views From My Garden Bench:
Bec says: “What Charlie doesn’t know about gin isn’t worth knowing. She writes restaurant reviews around Manchester, the north west of the UK and beyond – she’s also full of body positivity and vintage style, plus she weight lifts, does yoga, runs and creates recipes too.”
Guest nomination from Melissa at Melissa Jane Marshall and Louise at Louise Alexa Sharp:
Melissa says: “Gemma is amazing at showing the world that size doesn’t matter when your love yourself. Her blog and Instagram is full of amazing fashion content that shows that even plus size girls are beautiful and are ready to show the world how amazing they are. Gemma researches her posts regarding body positive and isn’t just talking about her story but the story of many and she wants to be a voice for them girls/ladies who can’t speak out.”
Louise says: “I only recently started following on Instagram but every single time Gemma posts a gorgeous pic with inspiring words I just think ‘Yessss. You go girl’. So uplifting.”
Guest nomination from Vicky at Miss Tilly and Me:
Vicky says: “She doesn’t let dyslexia stop her from being a blogger. She struggles so much with reading and writing but she still manages to get those posts out. It might only be a few a month, but those few blog posts inspire her 8 year old sister who also has severe dyslexia and it shows her that dyslexia shouldn’t slow her down. She is an awesome big sister!”
Guest nomination from Jo at Tea and Cake for the Soul:
Jo says: “Ali predominantly writes about the scooter scene but she also covers travel and street art, and more recently her treatment for breast cancer. It’s a beautiful colourful site that’s always a joy to read.”
Kendall talks books of course, but also some awesome stuff about yoga, meditation and relaxing. She’s the online equivalent of a nice, warm hug and a hot cup of cocoa!
Cait’s website is an EXPLOSION of colour and happiness! From book reviews to highly relatable, tongue-in-cheek posts about readers/writers, Cait’s got it all!
Marissa will make you want to read everything in the world, ever. Through her reviews, updates, goals, recommendations and reading challenges, she’s constantly making me add books to my shopping basket. She’s a real treat (but probably not to your bank balance! ;))
